A new family of business software
Xaventa™ is MH Interactive’s umbrella brand for three complementary products: Apply, Transform and Send. Together, they help businesses collect information, prepare data and share sensitive content with less friction.
All three products are currently in closed beta. Features and availability may change as development continues towards launch.
Xaventa Apply — from application to decision
Apply brings business account and trade-credit applications, supporting information and review processes together for suppliers and credit teams.
Guided digital applications collect business details, documents, declarations and acceptance of terms. Reusable business profiles reduce repeated entry, while configurable forms, review steps and decision policies help teams follow their own processes.
Teams can request further information, exchange messages with applicants, record decisions and generate reports. Business verification, credit bureau reports and PPSR functions can be brought into the process where the relevant services are enabled.
Xaventa Transform — data ready for its next destination
Transform is designed for teams receiving spreadsheets and data files with different structures. It helps reshape those files into the format another system or process expects.
Work with CSV, Excel, JSON and XML sources, review suggested field mappings, resolve missing fields and validate data before processing. Reusable target templates and mapping profiles make recurring work easier.
Related files can be combined using a shared identifier, with transformed output prepared for the next step, such as a business-system import or a credit bureau data submission.
Xaventa Send — sensitive information shared with control
Send combines private messages and files in a secure delivery to a recipient. Recipients open an emailed link and verify access using a one-time code sent to their email address.
Senders can set expiry and access limits, review opening and file-download activity, and revoke access when needed. Sensitive content stays in the secure message, with a separate public note to introduce the email.
